In this workshop, you'll learn the foundational skills every educator needs to lead successful classrooms, from writing compliant, student-centered IEPs to managing behavior, scheduling SDI, and leading effective para support, so teaching feels more effective and even fun.

This comprehensive package includes everything you need to have fun and be successful in the classroom.

I designed this course based on my learnings from my BCBA that I then applied in my classroom. It brought an increase in student achievement, a decrease in problem behavior, and relief and fun for me.

Data Collection & Progress Monitoring

Learn to write measurable goals, collect and graph data, and build a classroom-friendly system for tracking IEP and behavior progress.

Para-Management 101

Learn strategies to onboard, train, and support paraeducators with clear roles, schedules, and tools to deliver SDI effectively.

Managing Challenging Behaviors

Learn evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behavior and boost engagement through clear expectations, rapport-building, and token economies.
