I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Special Education Teacher (K–12), Safety Care Trainer, Compassion Cultivation Trainer, and mom with over 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher, district-level coach, and curriculum leader.

Too often, educators are left exhausted and overwhelmed. My mission is to equip them with the skills, compassion, and resilience to thrive, so schools become inclusive, supportive communities where both staff and students succeed.

My mission

Schools where students and staff feel like they belong, and challenging behavior happens less often.

My mission is to help schools prevent escalations and power struggles before they start. When students feel connected to the adults around them, and those adults can stay calm under pressure, challenging behavior happens less often and ends faster when it does.

Through practical, evidence-based training, I help teachers, paraeducators, and school leaders build that kind of environment. The result is fewer disruptions, more time for teaching, and staff who aren't worn down by the end of the year.
