Hello! I'm Kristy Banks, M.Ed., BCBA.

I've seen the incredible dedication educators bring to their work—and the emotional toll it can take. Too often, they're left exhausted and overwhelmed. I'm passionate about changing that.

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Special Education Teacher (K-12), Safety Care Trainer, Compassion Cultivation Trainer, and mom with over 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher, district-level coach, and curriculum leader.

My mission is to equip educators with the skills, compassion, and resilience to thrive—so schools become inclusive, supportive communities where both staff and students succeed.
